  I googled a few of these one star reviews and if you are working for a competitor in a field, you really shouldn't write bad reviews just for the sake of swaying people. The pizza makers at this location have over 20 years of experience in knowing how to make excellent pizza. Do not take the word of someone who is trying to discredit their competition, go in and taste for yourself. If you have any issues, the owner is committed to making things right. That is the kind of service and food that makes me proud of St Louis Pizza and Wings!

  Order pizza through online ordering and when order was delivered it was wrong. I called and spoke with a manager Shelly, apparently couldn't find our order but we had pizza delivered. After a few minutes finally found the order. I told her what we order and she kept saying thats not what I had order. Then she put me on hold. Then she hung up the phone. So now im furious. Then I called back and talked to Shelly again saying that they are not responsible for the online ordering and that she didn't hang up on a customer. Then I asked for information for Shelly and she said she doesn't feel comfortable to give out information and that theres nothing they can do it fix it. So highly recommend not ordering from this place. Customer service is piss poor. This so call manager needs to know customer service is alway important and needs to be released. DO NOT ORDER from this location because of Shelly!
